A NEIGHBOURHOOD THAT ASPIRES TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF ITS RESIDENTS
AND VISITORS ALIKE.
Quayside is a small piece of land on Toronto’s downtown eastern waterfront with big ambitions. It will soon be home to a sustainable community that will provide a high quality of life for people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes – a 21st century urban district that is dynamic, inclusive and resilient. Quayside is the cornerstone in Waterfront Toronto’s vision for a world-class, complete community, and a key connection between the downtown waterfront, surrounding neighbourhoods and the future Villiers Island.
Dream and Great Gulf – together known as Quayside Impact – invite you to explore this website to learn more about the vision for Quayside, our project team and some early milestones, and we encourage you to come back again over the coming days and weeks for more information.

Quayside Impact Limited Partnership acknowledges that the land upon which we are undertaking our efforts is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississauga of the Credit First Nation. In addition, Quayside Impact Limited Partnership acknowledges that Toronto has been a gathering place for many Indigenous people, including the Anishinaabe, the Haundenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is home to many First Nations, Inuit and Metis people today.
