A NEIGHBOURHOOD THAT ASPIRES TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF ITS RESIDENTS
AND VISITORS ALIKE.
Quayside is a 12-acre plot of land on Toronto’s downtown eastern waterfront with big ambitions. It will soon be home to a sustainable community that will provide a high quality of life for people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes — a 21st century urban district that is dynamic, inclusive and resilient. Quayside is the cornerstone of Waterfront Toronto’s vision for a world-class, complete community, and a key connection between the downtown waterfront, surrounding neighbourhoods and the future Ookwemin Minising Island.
Quayside will be developed in planned phases, ultimately delivering approximately 4,700 new residential units to the waterfront upon completion. This vibrant, inclusive and sustainable community will feature a mix of condominium and purpose-built rental units, including approximately 800 affordable rental units to help combat Toronto’s housing crisis.
